Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged (e.g. broken packaging or leaking contents), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Change of mind:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit, provided the item is unopened, unused, and returned in its original condition within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
