Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

• Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100

 

Carrier Responsibility
We partner with Australia Post to deliver your orders safely. Once a parcel has been collected from us, Australia Post is responsible for the delivery. While we will always ship your order as quickly as possible, we cannot predict or control any delays that may occur during transit.

 

Delays & Peak Periods
During peak times such as public holidays, Christmas, or major sales, shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

 

Tracking Information
All orders include tracking details. Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey.

 

Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if it has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with Australia Post to investigate and help resolve the issue.

 

International Orders
