Due to the inclusion of essential oils and natural actives, our products are not suitable for use on children unless explicitly stated otherwise.
If you have a medical condition pertaining to your skin, please consult a healthcare professional prior to use.
Always perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
Our products are for external use only.

* While we use primarily natural ingredients, our formulas also include dehydroacetic acid (a gentle preservative) and some nature-identical ingredients. These are carefully chosen to ensure product safety, stability, and effectiveness without compromising on our commitment to gentle, high-quality skincare.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect address details.

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
